Product Catalog: Could you give us access to your product catalog or provide information about the types of products available for dropshipping?
Basically, all individually packaged items are available in our dropshipping program; you can find the items suitable for dropshipping in this category.

Pricing and Terms: What are the pricing structures and terms for your dropshipping services, including any minimum order requirements or fees?
We receive ready-made shipping labels from you, print them out and use them to ship. This service costs €2.00 (handling costs) per package. If you only send us the address details of your customers, parcel shipping costs a flat rate of € 8.90 for parcels up to 30kg within Germany - shipping will then be carried out either at our discretion GLS or DHL.
Our warehouse is served daily by DHL and GLS, so that even larger quantities can be sent without any problems.
Your purchase price then corresponds to our sales price 1 (without graduated quantities).

You will receive an initial credit limit from us in the amount of: €100.00 with a payment term of 10 days net. If the credit limit is exhausted because sales are unexpectedly strong, it must be settled before the payment deadline expires in order not to affect shipping.

Shipping and delivery: What shipping methods are available for orders to Germany and what are the estimated delivery times?
All items are generally only available with the available stock. If an item is sold out, there is no flat-rate subsequent delivery time. We offer DHL Parcel and GLS Parcel within Germany as shipping methods for goods that can be sent as parcels. Freight forwarding goods are usually transported by DHL Freight or Spedition Random.
All orders that reach us by 10 a.m. are processed and shipped on the same day (assuming the address details are correct) - experience shows that the parcel delivery time is an average of 48 hours within Germany.

Returns and customer support: Do you have a clear policy on returns and exchanges, and what level of customer support do you offer to help with any potential issues?
You must organize and process returns and exchanges; returns to our warehouse will not be accepted.
As a manufacturer, we are responsible for goods delivered that are defective or dirty.
