Ordering Information
Please note the order information:
- New customers without a VAT ID or tax number should send us a copy of the business license by email or post at the same time as registering in the web shop
- After manually checking your business license, your account will be activated and you will be able to view prices and carry out orders
- Shipping takes place via DHL, GLS or freight forwarding company
- Cash payment is possible for self-collection
- Payment should be made in advance (existing customers have the option to switch to direct debit or invoice after a while)
- the minimum order value is €250
- freight-free delivery from a net value of €2,000.00 (to a delivery address within Germany)
- The surcharge for sample shipments is a one-off fee of €5.00
- Invoices are sent exclusively electronically via email (PDF)
